English Rose Tisane

Visions of an English countryside will come to mind while drinking this very delicate tisane.

1/2 cup dried red rose petals
2 tablespoons dried lemon balm
1 tablespoon dried rosemary

Mix well and store in an airtight container. Attach the following instructions on a gift tag:

For each cup of tisane (tea), add 1 teaspoon of herbal mixture to boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes, strain and sweeten if desired.
