Dear Chromost

Jordan Maxwell (http://jordanmaxwell.com/) is the author of the quote in question, which was only part of his entire statement and not included in my blog post. His statement starts at 1:41:41 and ends at 1:42:48; the entire transcript follows for your convenience: “What your Government pays for it gets. When we understand that, then we look at Government-financed institutions of education and see the kind of students and the kind of education that's being turned out by these Government-financed schools, logic will tell you that if what is being turned out in those schools was not in accord with what the State and the Federal Government wanted, then it would change it. The bottom line is that the Government is getting what they have ordered. They do not want your children to be educated. They do not want you to think too much. That is why our country and our world has become so proliferated with entertainments, mass media, television shows, amusement parks, drugs, alcohol, and every kind of entertainment to keep the human mind entertained so that you don’t get in the way of important people by doing too much thinking. You had better wake up and understand that there are people who are guiding your life and you don’t even know it.”

ny interesting viewpoint that I do not support, by the way. My viewpoint is that so many people have been allowed to put their fingers in the pot that no one can agree on what the soup should look like, much less taste like, and we end up with muddy water.

[...] The first of two Christian holidays that are often confused with the witches’ Lady Day sabbat is the Roman Catholic Feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary (BVM). This occurs on the fixed calendar day of the 25th of March in the old liturgical calendar and is the day that the angel Gabriel announced to Mary that she was would give birth to the son of God. Since there is no factual data for when this event actually occur, the Church picked the Vernal Equinox because it was necessary to have Mary conceive the child Jesus a full nine months before his birth on the 25th of December. If you wish to explore why, since there is no factual data available to support the 25th of December as the birth date of Jesus, this date was chosen, read Part One of this post. [...]

Dear spylock

I list Jesus of Nazareth as one of my heroes on my MySpace profile and absolutely believe in the power of prayer. I find prayer to be identical to what is called "spell work" in my Craft as each focuses our consciousness, concentration and intent on the problem at hand. My Craft differs from your Christian religion only in that I am solely responsible for the design and implementation of my path, not an organized Church. I approach divinity directly, not through a third party priest or minister. I believe that all religions and Godheads are one, and that we come from the All in One. Your way works for you; my way works for me. I honor and study all religion. I pray that you can say the same.

Faerie blessings

Wrong, Jesus did walk this earth, there are many writings that prove that to be fact, and I put alot more faith in that than your wiccan godesses, wiccans are not the only people that can make things happen, prayer is also a craft that I use with awsome results.

Hey GT281

I generally don't like to subscribe to any theories that even seem to approach the edge of paranoia, but too much of this film fit uncomfortably with facts of which I was already in possession. I am withholding judgment and I'm not joining the "club," but I'm certainly going to be watching things much closer than I was before. My complacency has been rocked from it's foundation. Hmmmph...and just as I was starting to enjoy my retirement, too. Ain't that the way it always happens?

Why can't everyone just be nice and silly, like us?
