I hope it passes. By the way, there's a new online tool that helps with abuse when the children are older. The problem is that even though teachers are often the first to notice <a href="http://www.hownottotalk.com/abuse" rel="nofollow">signs of child abuse</a>, many of them don't know how to talk to the child. So the abuse never gets reported. But a new online <a href="http://www.hownottotalk.com/abuse" rel="nofollow">role-playing course</a> lets teachers rehearse a conversation with a possible child abuse victim, getting feedback after every choice....But let's hope that we can prevent the abuse even earlier in the child's life -- which the passage of this bill would really help.
